Copy cell value of all file in the folder and append to Master file

Please explain this part

Cell no. of Each files Cell no of Completelist.xlsx
in folder System - to where to be copied from
be copied to Each files of SYSTEM folder.
Completelist.xlsx

W8 <-----------> A2
F6 <-----------> B2
F8 <-----------> C2
F10 <-----------> D2
F12 <-----------> E2
F21 <-----------> K2
F23 <-----------> L2

I have 3000 files in folder called c:\mdetails with different filename. I want to create separate Master file called Completelist.xlsx by copying some cell of each file and append it to completelist.xlsx
