Formatting Specific String within a Text based on the formatting found in another cell

I have a problem that involves four input cells for formatting, finding four specific texts in a string and formatting those specific texts within the string with the same formatting as the input cells.

For instance cells A1:A4 I have specific formatting unique to each cell.

In C1 I have this text . . . 'Need to format TT MM LL JJ'

where A1 is the formatting for TT
where A2 is the formatting for MM
where A3 is the formatting for LL
where A4 is the formatting for JJ

I need to find each specific string in C1 and format that string with the formatting found in the respective cells assigned to that string. I think I need to format all four strings simultaneously so when I enter the cell, it will preserve all four unique formattings in the one text.
