PivotCaches Add Run-Time Error 13

Hi all,

Using Excel 2010

Trying to add a PivotCache using a range in the workbook as the datasource
I receive

Run-time error '13':
Type mismatch

But it seems to kind of create the pivot table anyway?
How can I defeat the error?

You are setting object pc to the return pivot table object and not the pivot cache object that it is.
