button codes without activex so can use on mac

I have 3 radio buttons and a checkbox.
The checkbox should only be used when the 1st radio button is selected.
when the 2nd and 3rd radio buttons are selected, i want the checkbox to be greyed out.

the code i currently have is:

1st radio button:

this works on windows machines, but because it is activex, it doesnt work on mac.
is there a way i can make this happen on both windows and mac versions of excel?
