Macros for inserting 19 rows after each line item

Hi Everyone,

This is my first time to this forum. I am a newbie to Macros. I would like to create a macro that will allow me to insert 19 blank rows after line items. I have 890 line items and need to insert 19 blank rows after each line item using a Macro. Please help.
