VBA to locate a column according to sheet name, then extract values into another worksheet

I have a work book containing various tabs 2012, 2013, 2014........ I have another sheet that contains a table of data with column headers 2012, 2013, 2014........ I want a vba function to search through each column in turn and where values are greater than 0 copy that row into the associated sheet. so any values in column 2012 copy the rows to sheet 2012. im fiddling with the find function and looping through the sheets but not sure if I even need to be doing that or if I can just copy the data direct.

I thought I would add a workbook as suggested. one thing to note is that rather than copy the entire row I would like to copy only certain values from the located row.
