Thanks alot.I have a sheet name Total that's suppose to add up the values for each spreadsheet. Once i open the excel file it hides the 2010831 file, that was the spreasheet which the total are calculated from, however, each day a new sheet is created i would like to calculate those totals too. The sheets copied from the template should all be in the same position once they are created. I would like to calculate the totals for all 10 columns the below code only calculate one column (SURGICAL DENTURES) where do i place the Else if statement to add the others. You can view the attached to see what i am doing Please advise
