    toggle button to update costs

    Hi,

I have this dashboard that i put together with a lot of help and guidance from this forum and i want to add a tweak to it.

On the site sheets use "Gore" as an example i want to put buttons on toggle that filters the Type column (G) between All, Material and Service complaints and updates the costs(cell E3), Investigations (cell E7) based on the filter selection, i cant for the life of me work out how to do it.

    Thanks

    Hi jsmity,
Try this one. Open the worksheet Gore then select value at cell "E1" and let see if this is what you want. There's also Recorded Macro "Sub Gore_Toggle()"

hi, thanks for that the macro / formula works exactly but it was more linking that to a physical toogle button, is that even possible ?

I like the one button approch as opposed to the drop down where the user just clicks a button (even if that means three clicks of a button)

    Hi,
If I understand your question correct then add this formula to cell "J2" then fill down to cell "J19". Do the same in all worksheet.

    Hi tuongtu3

I cant get the service menu you added to actually filter the data in the table, it does filter and report the correct £ value in the cell E3 but the actual complaint data doesnt change (A22:L22) I've added command button to filter them with one click but i wont alter the value in E3 based on that filter, can you help ?
