Macro/VBA: Copy and Paste Multiple Range Data

Hello,
I am quite an Excel VBA noob at this point and am in desperate need of some help please. I know some VBA basics but the code I need to execute is quite complex in comparison to my expertise.

I have attached a sample workbook for reference. I would like my macro to copy data from "Sheet1" cell ranges (X2:AC2, X25:AC25, X51:AC51, X102:AC102) and paste these values (only values not formulas) to the neighboring sheet ("Sheet2") but... ohhhh if only that were it. Then I would like to copy the data from "Sheet1" range A200:A400 and paste-link this data to the beginning of the same sheet ("Sheet1"), and repeat the cell range copy (X2:AC2, X25:AC25, X51:AC51, X102:AC102) and paste this new data to "Sheet2" but underneath the previous data. Then I need to copy and paste-link the data from A401:600 to the beginning of the sheet ("Sheet1") and repeat the range copy and paste into "Sheet2" underneath the previous data again.
