Worksheet_change Challenge

Hello Experts. A few weeks ago a huge problem I was struggling with was beautifully sorted out by Mr. GeneralDissarray. But I've only recently noticed why the code wasn't working for me.. You can see the entire solution he found HERE and it is also in the code of the attached spreadsheet.
The challenge is to timestamp a change in specific cells within a spreadsheet if the new value meets a certain simple criteria. The problem is that the Worksheet_change Sub I have needs some major modifications.. I hope someone can work this out, and my money is on GeneralDisarray himself
