Mapping email addresses, then send and email according to 3 days prior to task date

I hope someone can help me as I don't know if this is possible. I would like to send an email 3 days before the date in Column F to an email address that has been mapped according to the initials in column D with the text that reads "Task is coming due, please check Project Management spreadsheet for details". If there is no date in column F, it will send text "Estimated completion date required on a task. Please see Project Management spreadsheet for details". I need it to be sent from a certain email address as well. ProjectManagement.xlsx

Can anyone provide code that will perform these functions? I've attached the spreadsheet in question.
