Delete all rows below last complete row

Hello I need to create a code that will delete all the rows after the last row of data. There are totals and notes sometimes below a list of data that needs to be removed before loading into the system. The number of rows always differs. I need something to find the last row with data in column A and have the macro delete all the rows or even a certain number of rows after that point.

Can anyone please help??

Are formulas included in the data, or can you tell where the data ends by where the formulas start?
