I Want the Timestamp Value Not to Change if the Name Cell Changed

I have the bellow code to automatically generate a timestamp once the user typed their name in the cell next to the timestamp. the code works and does generate a timestamp. but if the user the next day changed the name, the code will regenerate a new timestamp which will replace the current one. which is defeat the main purpose of having a timestamp in the first place.
So basically what I want is that, if there is a value in the timestamp cell, even if the name was deleted or modified, the timestamp does not change.
Is that possible? please help.
