Run a different macro when an entry is selected in a combo box drop down list

I have about 40 macros in a spreadsheet, each assigned to a button. Is there a way to use a combo box, so that I can select the macro I want to run, and get rid of all of my buttons?

With the information you provided, yes. What you would do is something like this:

With that being said. I doubt you need 40 macros. I bet you could do everything in one using select case.

What I would like to do with the attached file is have 3 combo boxes or equivalent, so that when I select the project number, the corresponding macros associated with the button will run. I would like the macros that are associated in Sheet "Buttons" column A, be in one combo box, Column B in another combo box, and Column E in a 3rd.

If you could take a look at my buttons and macros, and help me set this up in a much simpler format, I would appreciate it.

I'm sorry but after looking at your workbook I am thoroughly confused as to your workflow and objective.
