Dependent drop down lists without creating unique named lists

Hi,

I am searching for a method for creating dependent drop down lists in Excel from a tabular data set. Most of the searches I've found online point to the method outlined on this very helpful page:

My problem with this method is that it requires you to reorganize your tabular data into unique named ranges, which can get very tedious as you increase the number of dependent drop down lists. I've attached an example for reference. In the example, I've gone ahead and reorganized the original table data into unique named ranges. I'm looking for advice or recommendations on how to create the same drop down lists without having to do that reorganization step - that is, to create the drop down lists directly from the table data (maybe with VBA?). Any advice would be appreciated.
