select a range of cells with OFFSET

Hi,

I am trying to copy a week of work finding by date which is in col D
Once it finds the inputted date it should copy 7 rows down(worth one week of work) and 3 col. left (Col C,B &A)
and paste it to a new sheet.

My code is copying only the 3rd col. (Col A) cell and paste in designated sheet.
Please help.
