Search from a range and replace

Hi All,

I got a Excel Sheet which has 2 sheets sheet 1 has the input and the Sheet 2 has the data which has be replaced in the sheet 1.

sheet 1 column B is the input
Sheet 2 Column A has the keywords and Column c has the Abbreviations for it .
if the keywords is found in the input the Abbreviations has to be replaced in the Input and placed in the Column c.

I am attaching the excel for the Reference.
