insert text depending on activeX Checkbox selection

hey all,

Using Activex Checkbox to enter text in next column. lets say you click checkbox1, in the column next to it 3 words in different cells appear. If you select checkbox5, another 3 words additionaly appear in the column next to it. My macros work quite well if i go in order. I added a macro that delets the blank cells in the column "words". as soon as i mark checkbox5 first and then checkbox1, the text in chceckbox1 overwrites what was the content of chceckbox5. The content of chceckbox one shifts to the top, if there is no content in the cells. how can i make it shift lower if text in the columns above it is added? any suggestions? many thanks. .xls attached.
