Realign Column Data into Row Data

    Hello:

    Please refer to attached sheet.
I have sample data of employee's payroll information in sheet1.
I need these data manipulated in sheet2 as below:

Column A from cell A2 onwards will be the date from Cell C3 Sheet1.
    Column B is employee,
Column C is Hours and Column D is Payroll Item associated with it (Cell D4:I4 in Sheet1).
No data in Column D would mean end of data.

I have manually completed data for 2 employees.

Please let me know if any questions.

    Thank you

    Re: Manipulate Data

    Hi techneXus or someone:

The code works fine except i like to change 2 things.
Can you make as a regular Macro button (i wanted a way to assign the button to this code).
Currently you have it as Private Sub CommandButton.

Also, currently it is producing Sheet2,Sheet2,Sheet4, etc every time you run the macro.
I wonder if it is feasible to create dated folder.
The date would be from Sheet1, cell C3.
Example: C3 = 8/31/2013, then folder name where data is written would be 083113.
IF this is not feasible then i would rather have just one sheet, ie please code so that it does not create new sheet every time you run the code.

Please let me know if any questions.

    Thank you
