Run time error 1004, plz help. Urgent

Hi,

I have written a code in excel to read in a number of values from a table, then perform some equations and finally obtain a set of data. The set of data is then to be output into another worksheet called Output.

But I am getting an error: Run time Error 1004, in the line of code where I am computing the size of the input data range.

This line generally executes when I step through it but when I perform the calculations, by clicking on a button it stops at that line.

Does anyone have any idea on what the issue could be?

Error 1004 is a common error and can be caused by many things. There is no hope of diagnosing your error unless you provide your file so we can see all the code and observe what conditions are when the error occurs. Any time you request help for diagnosing a runtime error you should attach your file, or at a minimum include the code in your post.

To post a file:

1. Under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button.
2. In the next screen look above the reply box and click the paper click icon. You will get a pop-up screen.
3. In the pop-up, click Add then Select to select a file from your local drive
4. Upload it
5. Click Done to attach it.

It will be displayed underneath your post text. Alternatively as the last step you can click the Insert Inline button and a hyperlink to the file will be inserted directly into your post text in the spot where your cursor is set at the moment you click the button.
