    Macro that incorporates two filters?

I have a macro and I need to have it apply two filters on two columns before running a vlookup, however, no matter how I put it, it always applies the first filter. Anyway to make it use both filters before the vlookup?

A VLOOKUP formula would not be fooled by a FILTER, it will find the "match" whether the row it's on is filtered or not.
