    you will get into a mess using that approach

    In order to update the password you would need code in the Save event. There you could set the password to the next day. The problem comes when the file does not get opened every day or you have weekends and holidays. You can easily lose track of what password date has been applied.

    Also a password that is know, simply because it is the date, defeats the object of protection, no?

    Thanks for your instruction but actually i want to auto generated calendar date wise password or any other as instruction by user
