Question 1: I have a spreadsheet with URLs in various columns and rows. The only thing these URLs all have in common is they have a .com in the URL somewhere.
How do I get them all linked?
Question 2: I have another spreadsheet, attached, where text in red needs to be autofilled by the terms in brackets. Meaning {first name} should be filled in by the first name of the person on that row. Same with Category and Site. How can I do this?

thanks for replying to my post. In question one I mean hyperlinked, meaning when you mouse over it and left click, it will take you to that URL
Try this code:
Paste this code in Sheet 1 and to insert the code follow the below process:

Open the macro editor by pressing ALT+F11.
Double Click on Sheet 1
Paste the above code
Press F5
P.S. Select the entire range containing the weblinks and then run the macro.
Thanks it worked but too well, it seemed to hyperlink everything. I would like to add to this in the future and for Excel to know that anything with a .com should be hyperlinked. Is that possible?
