Put different rows of text into a single cell

I am looking to create a macro that can copy text from several different rows, then paste it as a continuous string of data in a single cell using commas to separate it. For example:

How the data looks.
Row 1: A
Row 2: B
Row 3: C
Row 4: D

How I want the macro to copy and paste in a single cell

A, B, C, D

Will this work if there is all ready text in the cell from a prior paste? Column A & B is what I have and C is what I want. Here is an example:

A B C
Apples 100 Apples: 100, 200, 300
200
300
