Help required with non english cells

Hi,

I have an excel sheet which contains comments in column A. There are more than 30000 comments and they are in all different language. I have comments in English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Chinese, etc..
The Comments are not arranged in any specific order. I mean I can have couple of English comments, followed by some other language and so on.
There are also comments which I dont want to use. For e.g. NA, none, etc.. kind of anything with less than 15 characters will not be used.

I need help with the following.
1. find all the cells that has less than 15 characters and move them to the bottom of the list or to another sheet.
2. find all the cells which has non english comments and move them to the bottom of the list or to another sheet.
3. I would like the non english comments to be translated to english. I usually use google translations to do this. https://translate.google.co.in/?hl=en&tab=wT
4. However looking at 30000 comments, it will be very time consuming. Is it possible to write some VBA code which will copy the cell content, open google translation link, paste the cell content in the text box. then copy the translated content from the same webpage and paste it in the cell next to the original text.
