VBA searchable combobox with auto display resaults

Let me just start by saying this forum is great!!!

I'm an ok programmer (new to vba) and I'm trying to help a small company tweak their quotation system.
They use a workbook in excel.

I would like to make it so that if they type any word or string of a product a dropdown list(active x combo box maybe?) below the cell i'm typing in displays any matches. then when I click the match I want it to populate the cell. Also would be nice if the list is mouse wheel scrollable.
