What are you trying to accomplish exactly?
I have an excel doc with multiple entries. Each entry is stacked as follows:
Barbara Kux Siemens Aktiengesellschaft T. (49) 8963600
Chief Sustainability Officer & Head-Supply Chain Mgmt Wittelsbacherplatz 2 F. (49) 8963634242
80333 Munich, Germany
I want the fields to all be on a single row.

This appears to answer your question.
you may have to change the values if each set of addresses is only 3 lines.
thanks for attempting to help. I'm not a visual basic editor, so I really don't know how to apply the solution from the other guy's issue to my own.
Here's an example of the doc that I'm trying to alter (attached.) The first row is correct. The next three entries need to have the same macro applied.
This is a bit beyond me too.
thanks anyway.
Start on the Name of the user and see what it does. You will have to get rid of the empty rows at the end, but you should be able to do that with a sort. Please Login or Register to view this content.
