Macro to Auto Insert data

I'm guessing I need a macro to achieve what I want in my spreadsheet so any help on this would be appreciated.

Very simply, if A1 contains specific text, let's say "Over 21", I need B1 to automatically populate with the "No". However, I don't know if this complicates matters but, B1 can also be user completed with other text. Is this possible? If so please can someone help with how I can create this.

EDITED - I forgot to say, because the user can input data into B1 as an alternative to the "No" being auto-populated is the reason I can't simply create an IF statement.

It should work on A1 and B1 cells alone or it should work for the entire column of B based on column_A data?

Return to excel and check...
