Macro Not Working Properly

This macro has been working for a long time, but has stopped recently, I'm not sure why.

All I want fixed is the blue button called "Run Roundings". When you press this button, the macro picks up the "ROUND240.txt" from your (t drive and does it's thing....this normally works fine and finishes in about 5-10 seconds, but for some reason it keeps looping between the "CASHTXN" and "DATA tabs and seems to never finish running now.

Just wondering if you can read the macro and identify why it is doing an endless loop and fix it so that it still does it job. The "CASHTXN" tab is the final product I want to get from this macro alone, but right now I can see that columns D,F,I and J are picking up incorrectly for some reason.
