Macro to find duplicates, concatenate Unique Values, then delete old duplicates

    See attached macro.

For the "ConcCols" array, can it be coded it so that it only shows unique values in the concatenated column? (should the same piece of equipment be listed twice for the same person).

Is it possible to alter this code so that it compares values from two worksheets e.g.
    1. Find duplicates, conccatenate, sum values, and delete duplicates in worksheet
    2. Then find duplicates, sum values, and delete duplicates in another workbook
    3. And finally subtract matched items ( worksheet1 - worksheet2 = worksheet3)
