Also I want to attach the spreadsheet to the email
The same workbook every time?
If it not the same every time do you want to select in before the macro is run or once the email pops up?
it is the same workbook everytime

That works great...Thank you.
Is there a way that I can set a specifc time to send this daily, even if excel is not open??
If you are using Windows 7 click the Start button and type Task Scheduler into the search bar.
The task scheduler should help you with that part. You can do it two ways:
1. Use the scheduler to send the email (It may be difficult to do this with the spreadsheet in the body of the email)
2. Put the macro in the workbook_event and use the task scheduler to open the workbook.
thats great. One other issue I am having is that I have distribution lists set up in outlook. How do I get the email to go to those recipients?
Describe your distribution list. Is it:
1. A list on a spreadsheet
2. Set up by yourself in the contacts tab
3. A mail server distribution list set up by your LAN server group
2. Set ub ny myself in the contacts list, used names from my Lan server group to do so.
I believe you should be able to put the name of the Contact Group here:

I did attempt to do that, but this doesnt seem to be working
I just tested it with a Contact Group (is that what you mean by distribution list?) and it worked fine for me.
I'm assuming your on Outlook 2010 also? Are you sure you have the name of the Contact Group spelled correctly?
yes, it is outlook 2010, and yes I am referring to a Contact Group. Just attempted again. When I put the name of contact group, it does not send an email.
Is it possible to have the selected range be sent in the body of the email as a picture, so that is readable on a blackberry?
Are you including it in quotes? It worked fine for me.
You might have to redact any sensitive information from your workbook and attach it so we can see the code in context.

When posting code please use code tags. To use code tags highlight the code and press the # button in the toolbar.
I don't understand. The code posted has an email address not a contact group.
