Splitting a report into multiple new spreadsheets

    Hi,

I am new to using Macros - very simple ones at that. I want to know if something is possible to do. I have a report of around 100 - 200 lines which for each line I need a new spreadsheet with information from certain cells copied into specific cells in the new spreadsheet. So for example I would have a new spreadsheet for row 1, with data from C1 pasted into cell M4 on the new spreadsheet, data from cell D1 pasted into cell E20 etc with a new spreadsheet for each row.

I sthis possible & if so I do I go about doing it?

    Thanks

Sure. Please do 2 things and i can help you easily - 1. Upload a sample file (steps given below), 2. Tell me what data goes where.

    To Attach a File:

    1. Click on Go Advanced
    2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
    3. Click the button.
    4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
    5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
    6. This will open a new window File Upload.
    7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
    8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
    9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
    10. Close the window and then click Submit.
