Save (macro) button not working

I have a graphic I use as a clickable tab to save my worksheet based on a combination of several cells. It worked perfectly for a day (20+ tests) and now it just throws up an error. Nothing has changed, other than the day.

I have no idea why...

The line the debugger says is at fault is ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:=ThisFile but it WAS working!

If anyone can suss this I'd also like to be able to save it to a specific folder too!

Whenever you ask for diagnosis of an error it is essential to include the text of the error. It also helps to attach your file.

What is displayed in J503? The code looks OK to me. Based on the fact that it used to work and then stopped, I am guessing that value of J503 is an illegal file name.

Saving to a specific folder is easy. What folder do you want to save it to? Here is an example:
