    Changing Value range in VBA code

    Hi,

    Am a very inexperienced user of Excel, and am having a problem with changing a value from one figure to another, and then having the VBA code work within the excel spreadsheet (am sure it's something blindingly obvious, but can't figure it out!) - code I have currently is as follows;

    I've highlighted the area I want to change the value - I want to increase the value from '500' to, say '1000' but just changing the value within the code doesn't work (i.e. the code doesn't work any further than the original '500' rows in column 8.

    Any ideas greatly appreciated!

    Changing it from 500 to 1000 should work.
    The rest of the code isn't spectacular either, so it should work fine - I'm guessing something else is wrong.

    By the way, please put your code between code tags - If you type code, select it and click the # before you submit your post.

    I tried it with 500 & it worked, changed the value to 1000, closed & reopened the workbook & it works ok. I had to close & reopen to get it to work
