If index match macro

Hello!
I am trying to write a macro that finds what value are missing from a list based on an index match and fills in those values so I don't have to.

So if columns A and B are a combination in a table that allow an index match to occur but a combination doesn't exist that has a value in the table I want the macro to add the combination to the bottom if the list.
Is this possible? If so, how?

Please attach a sample workbook with enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
