Moving an object/text box with a cell base on the value

Hello,

I have a rather odd problem to solve. I have a cell(A1) that has a value of 1 and below the cell is a text box or box that says "Company A". A formula in the range(A1:H1) will move the value (1) in cell A1 to cell D1 and the box or text box with "Company A" needs to move over and below D1 when this occurs. Is there a way to position a box next to a cell when this happens? Also, the cells are tiny so I cannot write a formula that places the result in the cell..
