    Need parsing help

Attached is a dummy data file showing what I'm trying to do (using Excel 2007).

There are 3 worksheets in this file. My actual file will have 2 of the worksheets, and I need to create the 3rd.

Specifically, I'll have the Raw Data worksheet, and the List of Locations worksheet, and I need to create the Location Data for Raw Data worksheet.

Basically what I'm trying to do is parse out the Locations field in the Raw Data worksheet, such that I define in the Locations Data for Raw Data worksheet what position each Locations value appears in across all the Raw Data. I manually filled in some of the data in the Location Data for Raw Data worksheet to show how that worksheet needs to get populated.

Can someone help me with this?
