Display/Unhide Columns only if a condition is met in another Column in same sheet

Please help. I am afraid I don't have any experience with Macros but seems like I will need to create one (or if it can be done some other way please feel free to let me know) - I need to display a number of columns only if a condition (condition being "Yes") is met in another column cell(s) in the same worksheet. Attaching the spreadsheet I am working on - need to only display columns "I, J and K" only if the answer to the question in Column H is "Yes". I would really appreciate any help I can get. Please note - I have no experience in creating Macros so if you can be kind enough to add instructions on how to create a new macro and execute it, it would make my life easier. Thanks so much in advance!

    Hi Unicorn2013,

The table is number of rows with functional requriements. The user can update yes / no. So while updating yes in one row - the column as to unhide and while updating no the column as to hide.
I see no value gain in this regard and what are going to acheive with this sort of automation.
Sorry, may be I would have understood wrongly with the problem description you have specified.

    Regards,
    Loki

Thank you for your response...I think you misunderstood. The user is answering yes/no to a specific question in column H - based on "yes" I need the columns I, J and K to display - if it's a "No" he columns remain hidden.

Hopefully that makes more sense. thanks!

How about - if the user answer "No" to the earlier question - and "Yes" in the next question - the columns would have unhide. Is it if any of the answer is "Yes" then the column will unhide?

Re: Display/Unhide Columns only if a condition is met in another Column in same sheet

I need the columns I, J and K to do 2 following things:

    1. IF Any of the answers in Column H is "Yes" - Display/unhide Columns I, J and K
    2. IF Any of the answers in Column H is "No" - Hide Columns I, J and K

Let me know if that makes it clearer. Please help.
