Run-time error '13': Type mismatch

I get this error message (Run-time error '13': Type mismatch) when I run the VBA. Error displayed on this this below line.

anyone aware what could have been wrong here? Seems like, I adding cell value "BS - BI-Week1 - US" is not working. How can I fix this one?

You need to first check that the cell is a date before testing the other conditions.
