macro to search for "NO" in a cell and copy all but "NO" to a different column! plz help

Hello all. I have a rough one. I have a workbook that has either "YES" or "NO" in column "L". this goes on until the last used row and the number of rows will change from week to week as new data gets pasted into the workbook from other places. I have code now to copy and paste the entire row of data from one worksheet to different ones based on the "YES" or "NO", however, occassionally there is other text, such as an explanation after the "NO". I have been trying to find code that will search for, find, select, and copy all the text but "NO" to a different column but have had no luck! any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

As you can see I am searching for "NO" and the lines that ONLY contain "NO" are copied, the lines that contain "NO" and something after it are left behind.

Phew, well, i think i actually found it after hours of searching for something that works. It uses a msgbox where i have to type in NO for my search, but after that it works flawlessly.
found it on a google page...
