Excel VBA To Find & Copy Specific HREF Link From Web Pages And Paste It In Excel

Hi,
I am not a programmer and I need a VB code in excel 2003 to automate the following:

1) Have 1000s of rows of web page URLs in Col A.
2) Need code to connect to or go to each URL one by one (eg, http://www.walmart.com)
3) After going to or connecting to an URL, search and copy specific HREF on the page (eg, Search for HREF "ABOUT", if not found, then search for HREF "ABOUT US", if not found then close connection to this URL and go to next URL).
4) Paste copied HREF link to corresponding cell in Col B (eg, http://help.walmart.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6). If no HREF was found, then leave cell blank.
5) Repeat Steps 1) - 4) until last URL in Col A.
6) If needed, put a time delay between URL disconnect and next URL connect.
