Where you have " ... , , False" you need a number between the commas ... the relative column within the search area for the information to be returned.

sorry Ive tried that, but it still comes up as a run time error for Vlookup function
You have two independent answers both advising that the third parameter is missing ... which it is. It needs to be a number between 1 and 10 although 1 would only return the search key.
With the information provided, there's not a lot else to suggest. There's no error trapping so it could be that the item being searched for is not found.

But as suggested, rather than make us all guess at what you have setup why not post example data file to illustrate your problem.
@Andy: I'm guessing from the sheet name that it's a car registration so that's probably going to be text looking up text.
