Excel Calender Code

I am goting to create a Calender in Excel as per below code:
and its done correctly. But If I open this next day then the date was showing earlier date not today. for ex. I create this on 24/09/2013 and I open this on 25/09/2013 then on the calender date is showing 24/09/2013.

Now I want a particular date as per the day. I mean if I open this on 30/09/2013 then the calender date should be show as 30/09/2013.

so please help me for this.
