Lets say I have 3 columns from 2 different sheets/workbooks.
All share the same headers, e.g ID , Weight , Height
How do I match the header title so that I can copy the values from 1 sheet to the other?

Hi,
The easiest way would be to copy the header values to the next row on sheet1 then do a data filter from sheet2 to this range of headers and finally delete the header row.
Make sure all the sheet 1 headers do exist in sheet 2 (they can be in a different order) and the data is in a contiguous range of cells underneath the column headers, then - untested
