How to set a range from one populated cell to another

I have a worksheet that has Rep Intials in column A , with the rest of the columns(B:N) and rows() pretaining to a specific job. each job uses a different amount of rows. When the next job is started, it begins with a Reps intials in column A. So, there are gaps in columnA between Reps.

My task is to separate each Reps (JPR, BDS, JRG) work onto a different worksheet.

Each job takes up different amount of rows, so I was thinking I could create a range in VBA from A2 to the next Acell that has value and offset row -1, etc., etc.

And then how would the code know to pick up from the next rep?

    Is this possible?

I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
