Help, Part 2: making the corrected data be just text?

Thanks to the folks that helped me with my first challenge, removing an extra character from a set of data. I've done that successfully, the new data now lives in column b, next to the data with the extra character in column a. The challenge is now, the upload for the program only wants the data in column a. If i try to remove column a, clearly the data in column b is compromised, since it is a formula. Can you convert a formula'd (i just made formula a verb) cell into a txt cell?

i'm so close to this project being finished i can taste it...
