Exporting multiple columns of data to single column

    Hello All,

I have a unique question and hopefully someone can provide me with some guidance. I have attached the file I am working with. The original document used to secure the information was not properly formatted which means more work for me.

Back Story: Teachers at my school building signed up for technology sessions for one of our School Improvement Days. They were asked to pick two sessions to attend during the day. They had roughly 9 choices for each session. When they selected one session it marked the session as a "1" in the excel document. The same thing is true for session 2.

I am trying to find a way to merge the information into a easier document so I can complete a letter mail merge later on. I want the information on the first sheet to export to the second sheet (not hard with the equal function). The difficult portion is exporting the session data that is marked with a 1 to the session data on the second sheet. I have first thought about using multiple nested if statements but read online that only 7 nested if statements may exist in a single cell. Does anyone else have any idea on how to export the data without having to manually enter each session?

    Thanks!

    Exporting multiple columns ?
Are they multiple columns or 4 columns as per attached? I can see names and 2 sessions.
Each person has got their own session, and there is also a total column for each person. Do you only want to copy the names and each session if there is a value in R and AB (Total columns)? In other words, you want to exclude a person with no session. It may be easier to see if you could include a desired result.
