Userform to Search based on Unique ID update and save data in an exel sheet

I am working on a project that has one core data sheet, I have created a userform to enter data no trouble at all. Now i wish to have another userform to search the data via the unique ID number (Incident No.) allocated when data is entered. I have created the userform (as attached) and found some code from another post (this post had dual critera to search e.g. LastName & FirstName) I only need mine to search based on one critera the ID No. I have managed to change all the relevant combobox and textbox names etc however cannot get the IncidentNo. to appear in the comobox when i click on the command button.
