Check if folder and file exist

Hi,

I try to copy/paste data from active.workbook to a new file (Book2), it works very well, but I want to check if the folder and file are there, I found a code for checking them but I don't know how to do if they are not....

Thank you for your reply.
I've already created the folder and the file, the checking is just in case someone deletes "by mistake" the folder or the file, if the folder and the file are where I created everything is ok, if the folder or the file is/are deleted I'd like to be created....I just want to prevent this (last week one of my colleague deleted the file and the code did not work), is possible to be created if are deleted?
