Vba MATCH? unsure

Hi

Importing data each month from a monthy sheet to a yearly sheet, Looking to match the Month (January,February.......) held in H2 "europe" sheet, to the corresponding Month in Col A sheet "monthy", little bit stuck on how to use the MATCH function to Match the Month to the Month on a different sheet using vba or is there a better way??

Is the month on "europe" the same format as the month list in column A on "monthly"? That is, are they both text or both dates? Then you can use MATCH just like you do in a worksheet formula. I don't know where your code is located so this uses fully qualified references. Also, if you need the exact position of the month within the list, and not just the row number, then you need to modify the highlighted range below to match the actual range used for the month list.
